Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups whole barley flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegan brown sugar
- small jar (45 ml) of pureed pears (baby food)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 3-4 tablespoons poppy seeds
Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients and beat together well. Cook on hot greased griddle 4-6 minutes.
