Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 5 cups organic oatmeal
- 2 1/2 cups organic rye flakes
- 2 1/2 cups organic wheat flakes
- 1 cup organic raisins
- 1 cup organic dried apples, diced
- 1/2 cup sucanat vegan sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (raw)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (raw)
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Store in air tight container (like a big tupperware container or canister). Before bed, mix one cup of cereal with 1 cup of soy milk or yogurt and place in refrigerator overnight. The next morning, top cereal with your favorite fruit and enjoy.
