Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 slices whole wheat vegan bread
- Peanut butter (to your liking)
- About 1/4 cup cooked lentils
- Sweetener, if desired
Lightly toast the vegan bread. Next, spread peanut butter on one slice and top with lentils and just a bit of honey (or other sweetener). Finish with remaining slice of vegan bread, and, tadaa! A yummy sandwich just for you!
