Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1/3 Cup White Mushrooms
  • 2/3 Cup Fresh Green Beans
  • 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 2TB vegan vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • or 2TB Marsalla vegan wine
  • or 2TB Soy Sauce
  • Vegan Margerine or Non-stick Spray
Directions:

Wash beans and mushrooms, removing stems and strings. Steam beans until tender - 5 min. Melt margerine or spray sautee pan. Sautee mushrooms until shrivaled - 5 min. Add beans and almonds to sautee pan. Add Worcestershire/vegan wine/soy and stir to coat. Sautee 2-3 minutes and serve.

Serves: 2.
