Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Two 16 oz. cans beans any variety (kidney, great northern, etc.)
- One small onion - chopped coarsely
- 8 oz. your favorite Salsa
- One clove garlic - crushed (optional)
Serves: 8.
Preparation time: 5 min.
Drain beans and put into mixing bowl. Mash beans coarsely. Add other ingredients and mix. Chill until ready to serve.
