Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
Mix garlic, oil, and vinegar in a small dish, then spoon onto your favorite salad greens! (Dark, leafy greens taste best with this dressing.)
