Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, cut any way you like
  • 2 chopped apricots
  • as much of any other fruit you like
  • 2 tablespoon soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon low fat granola (w/o raisins)
Directions:

Slice fruit into two bowls. (If you need more, add more, or substitute other fruit.) Sprinkle with soy yogurt and granola. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!!! :)
