Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup peaches, sliced or diced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, cut any way you like
- 2 chopped apricots
- as much of any other fruit you like
- 2 tablespoon soy yogurt
- 2 tablespoon low fat granola (w/o raisins)
Slice fruit into two bowls. (If you need more, add more, or substitute other fruit.) Sprinkle with soy yogurt and granola. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!!! :)
