Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 tbl whole black pepper
- 16 whole cloves
- 6 whole cardamom seeds (green)
- 1 inch piece of cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon whole black, small cumin seeds
- 2 bayleaves
- 2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
Grind all of the above ingredients in a coffee grinder or pepper mill and store in an airtight jar. Enjoy Indian Cooking it is wonderful.
