Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 teacup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 4 chopped cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoon grated fresh cocunut or peanuts or almonds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 small clove of garlic (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon raw vegan sugar
- salt accordingly
Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser/blender adding 5 tablespoons of water.
