Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 medium onions, finely sliced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle onions with other stuff and toss together. Serve as accompaniment to rice and curries (I''d use red onions or sweet onions, because I''m not that fond of raw onions).
