Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 4 cups chopped fresh plums ( any type should do- I used some from my friend''s backyard
- tree)
- 1 peeled, diced papaya
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 5-10 diced tomatillos
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- ~1 finely chopped jalapeno or other hot pepper
- 2 tablespoon vegan brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon vegan white wine vinegar
Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Mix brown vegan sugar and vinegar, then combine. Chill before serving.
