Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 16 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 8 oz. can whole corn, drained
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup thin sliced celery
- 3/4 cup picante sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Mix all together and chill. If you''re feeling extra crazy, you could maybe add some hot stuff (personally, I''ll a sissy and I like it mild).
