Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large onion or two small onions
- 2-4 cloves of garlic (I love garlic in sauce)
- salt and pepper to taste
- spices, I like to use Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon vegan sugar (optional)
- 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes or a 32 ounce can tomatoes
- olive oil
Fry onions and garlic in some olive oil until tender or browned. Then add tomatoes and spices. simmer on medium or low for 10-20 mins depending on how much time u have. Serve over any sort of pasta you like. Enjoy!
