Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/3 cup instant oatmeal
- 2/3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon bran
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and brown vegan sugar
- 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
- vegan maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon vanilla vegan soymilk
- Place the first six ingredients into microwave safe bowl.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Place into microwave for 1 minute on HIGH. Stir with spoon.
- Place back into microwave for another minute on HIGH.
- When finished take out and stir soya milk into oatmeal fast with spoon (until disolved).
- Then you pour as much maple syrup onto oat meal and enjoy!
