Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/3 cup Greek green olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon rigani (oregano)
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend under low speed until capers are mashed.
Note: Greek country salad dressing has no vinegar in it!
