Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 bananas (large or medium sized)
- 2 tablespoons of vegan maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of lite powder non dairy creamer (the kind you put in your coffee)
- 2 teaspoon pineapple juice
Two hours before preparation, mush up bananas really well until like baby food, a few lumps are fine. Mix in the pineapple juice. Stir in the syrup and dry creamer. Place in freezer for two hours.
