Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3/4 cup vegan maple syrup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tblsp grated ginger root
- 2 1/2 cup pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix dry and add liquid. Oil baking sheets and scoop out 1 tblsp per cookie 1" apart (will spread).
Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. Be watchful as they are easy to burn.
