Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Crushed, peeled tinned tomatoes
- onion
- spinach
- garlic
- curry powder
- pasta (fresh or packet)
- tomato paste
- tumeric
- cummin seed
- vegan red wine
- lemon juice
Place crushed tomatoes, garlic, sliced onions, tomato paste lemon juice, tumeric, cummin seed, curry powder and vegan red wine in medium saucepan. Heat on low for approximately 60 minutes, stirring occasionally adding chopped spinach in th final stages. Cook pasta to taste, drain and add sauce. Cook sauce and pasta together for 5 minutes. Approx. 550 calories. Almost no fat.
