Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 or 4 prepared Falaffel patties
- Loaf of vegan french bread, cut to about 6 inches
- sprouts
- lettuce
- tomato
- whatever vegetable you can find
- salad dressing
When falaffel is prepared, put it on the vegan bread followed by the tomato, lettuce and sprouts, and whatever else. Then, if you want, add mustard or whatever you see fit. I actually prefer ranch dressing on mine, I think it tastes sort of like tacos. -) But you can use what you want. This recipe is pretty much whatever you want it to be.
