Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large yellow onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ü - ý tablespoon curry
- ü - ý tablespoon paprika powder
- ü - ý tablespoon bazilica
- ý cup green lentils
- 1 piece of vegetable bouillon
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 drop of chili sauce
- 1 drop of ketchup
- þ cup of water
- oil
1. Chop onion and fry with a drop of oil. Press the garlic and stir into the chopped onion. Add curry, basilica and paprika.
2. Add the water and the piece of bouillon. Stir.
3. Add the lentils, and cook for a few minutes.
4. Cut potaoes into small pieces. Add to the casserole.
5. Cook until potatoes and lentils are ready.
6. Serve hot over rice.
