- 1 package freeze dried instant miso soup (enough to make eight ounces of soup)
- 1/4 cup vegan bacon flavored chips (available in local food coop)
Mix the sour cream, miso soup powder, and bacon chips in a small bowl.
That''s it! Serve with crudite, baked tortilla chips, cut up veggies, pita triangles, chips, as a spread on a pita, on a sandwhich, or however you desire.
