Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 Avocado diced into cubes
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1/4 Red onion diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon raspberry flavored vinegar
- Salt-n-Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well. Season with the salt-n-pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce. or as a topping for any garden salad.
