Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon gluten
- 1 teaspoon vitamin cup powder
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup oatmeal dry,plus another 1 cup oatmeal in 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup instant potato flakes
- 4 1/2 tablespoon applesuace
- 4 1/2 tablespoon barley malt syrup
- 4 1/2 cups hot water
- 5 cups ww flour plus enough bread flour til dough pulls away from
- sides.
Directions
Dump everything into bowl except bread flour. Use dough hook.
Turn machine on to #1 and add bread flour til dough pulls
away from the sides of bowl.Will need about 6 cups vegan bread
flour.Let run 8 minutes. Remove dough from bowl, form into
loaves and bake about 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Makes 3-4
loaves.
