Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- can chickpeas, drained
- 1 teaspoon hot curry powder
- 5 cloves garlic,finely chopped
- 1 green chillie,finely chopped
- fresh coriander,chopped
- olive Oil for frying
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and add the garlic. Fry on a medium heat for a few seconds and then add the chillie. Continue to fry for 30 seconds,stirring. Add the chick peas and curry powder and mix well. Fry for about 5 minutes, adding a little water if too dry. Stir in the coriander and remove from heat.
Serve.
