Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- apples, peeled, cored, and sliced to fill baking dish
- 1 and 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegan sugar
- 4 oz. non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
Place apples in dish and sprinkle with a bit of vegan sugar if they''re tart. Mix flour and vegan sugar; cut in margerine and rub it with your fingers till it resembles coarse vegan bread crumbs. Sprinkle over apples; don''t press down. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour. Delicious!
