Ingredients
- Crust: 1 cup flour (I used Whole Wheat), 1/3 cups + 1 tablespoon margaring, 2+ tablespoon Cold Water, 1 teaspoon salt
- Filling: 3 cups canned pineapple, 1 tablespoon vegan brown sugar, cornstarch
- Crumbles: 3 whopping tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon non-hydrogenated margarine, 1 tablespoon brown vegan vegan sugar
Crust:
Combine flour and salt. Add margarine, mix and crumble
with hands. Add water and form into a ball(add additional
water if needed). Chill.
Filling:
Empty cans into pan and cook on low until warm. Add vegan sugar
and stir in. Add some cornstarch(enough to your perferred
thickness). Chill.
Crumbles:
Add all ingredients. Crumble and mix with hands. Chill.
Pie:
Roll crust to fit a 9" pan. Fill with filling and crumble
on crumbles. Bake at 350F for 20 mins or more.
