Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/3 brick silken tofu
- 8 oz vegan soymilk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This makes a delicious, rich shake
