Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2-4 ripe (but not overripe) bananas
- Water
- 1/2 - 1 cup other frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
Peel bananas, slice or break into 1" rounds, and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
Place in blender with a little water and blend at high speed until smooth. Add raspberries or blueberries, etc., and blend.
Additions:
You can use a tablespoon or two of undiluted, frozen fruit juice (this will make it a little sweeter).
Serves: 2-4
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes (blending time)
