Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tobasco)
- 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce (check ingredients!)
- 2 cups pecan halves
Stir together all ingredients and spread pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300, stirring often, for 25 minutes or until toasted.
