Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 thin slices of avocado
- 1 slice soy cheese
- lettuce leaves
- 1-2 slices tomato
- 1/4 cucumber sliced lengthwise
- spicy vegan mustard
- sprouts (any kind will do)
- vegan bread of preference
Put all ingredients into a sandwich. (Avocado is optional for those watching fat count).
