Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups endives thin diagonal sliced
- 1/4 cup dulse seaweed, soaked and fine cut
- 1/2 cup raddishes thin sliced
- 1/4 cup gari (Japanese ginger pickle) fine cut
- 1 cup oranges (blond) fine cut
- mirin (Japanese vegan rice wine)
- genmaisu (Japanese rice vinegar)
- juice of gari pickles
Add all ingredients, toss & enjoy.
Very colorful. Rich tasting and refreshing!
