Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vegan red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- lots of garlic (I use 4-6 cloves)
Hand shred lettuce to bite size peices. Place in bowl. Add oil, vinegar, and garlic. Squeeze with hands till the lettuce is soppy and wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves: 4.
