Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup of mixed greens
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 slices of tomato
- vegan bacon bits
- vegan bread (wrap, pita, or baguette)
- For dressing:
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- pinch of vegan sugar
Arrange the greens, tomato, and avocado on your choice of bread and top with the vegan bacon bits (as little or as much as you like....I like a lot!)
In a small bowl mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour over sandwich filling. It''s as easy as that, and it''s really tasty too!
