Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 package firm or extra firm tofu
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 3 cloves chopped garlic (or more!)
- Bragg''s to taste
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onion
This is sooo tasty AND easy! Chop and peel butternut squash, steam until fairly soft. Start to fry tofu a couple of minutes before you add the squash. Add the tahini, garlic, sesame seeds and fry for about 5-10 minutes. Add green onion and Bragg''s to taste. Serve over rice for a more complete protein. Bon Apetit!
