Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- whole wheat bagel
- peeled cucumber slices (with seeds removed)
- romaine lettuce
- vegan red wine vinegar
Lightly toast bagel if desired, pile on as much cukes and lettuce as you desire, top off with a few splashes of vegan red wine vinegar.. enjoy :)
