Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 lb frozen green beans
- 1 red pepper sliced lengthwise
- chili powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme seeds
- oil 2 tsps
- coriander leaves to garnish (cilantro)
Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook for 7 minutes on high or till desired crunchiness. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot or cold.
