Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- vegan pizza sauce (tomato sauce + oregano and whatever else you like)
- your favorite cheese substitute
- your favorite pizza veggies
- vegan bread
There are 2 ways to prepare these sandwiches:
1. Put pizza sauce, cheese substitute, and veggies on bread (just like a sandwich), wrap in paper towel (or just place on plate) and microwave one minute (or until cooked).
2. Cook in sandwich maker until done.
This is also a good recipe when you''re camping. Serves as many as you have ingredients for.
