Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 squares regular tofu - (minced)
- 1 small chopped onion
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1/2 chopped red chilli (optional)
- chilli powder (according to taste)
- salt to taste (according to taste)
- 2 tsps oil
Fry the onion and the curry leaves in the oil till the onion changes color. Add the chilli powder and chillies, and fry for a few seconds till the chilli powder is cooked.
Add the minced tofu and stir-fry till the tofu is cooked and has become a bit dry in appearance. Add the salt and stir thoroughly.
Serve with rice or vegan bread. Can be used as a sandwich filling also. Very high in protein content.
