Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 cups cooked garbanzos
- 3 cloves garlic (or more)
- 6 tablespoon lemon juist
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 teaspoon cumin
- 4 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon vegan sugar
I just blend it all together with bean liquid as needed & adjust seasonings to taste. My recipe also suggests some tahini or sesame oil. You can add a few drops if you like the flavor. I''ve tried it both ways.
