Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green onions w/tops; sliced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper; chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice; or to taste
- 2 tablespoon cilantro; fresh, snipped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno chile; finely chop
- 1 teaspoon garlic; finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 3 1/2 cups Salsa.
