Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup (about 100 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 5 drops of balsalmic vinegar
- oregano, thyme, basil, sage, parsley, and lemon pepper to taste
Mix and serve over warm pasta and add additional olive oil if needed.
