Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 and 1/2 blocks of tofu
- I bunch parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic (more to taste)
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- salt and pepper if desired
blend ingrediants in a blender...add water if needed to make a smooth consistancy
use this dressing on salads, vegetables, or grains!
