Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana (cut up)
- 1/4 cup ice cubes (in small chunks)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- sweetener to taste
- 1/4 cup vegan soymilk
- 1/4 cup apple juice
Place ice cubes in blender first then cut up banana, frozen berries, sweetener (to taste), soy milk, and apple juice. Blend until fruit and ice are crushed.
