Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegan soymilk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 to 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 block of tofu
- any other fruit you might feel like adding
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till everythings fully mixed. These measurements may not be exact, so just taste it when you''re done, and add more of whatever ingredient you like.
Serves: 2 or more
