Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 cup Cheerios
- 1/2 cup LifeOats
- 1/4 cup 100% Bran
- 1/3 cup Just Right
- 1/2 cup soymilk
Pour each cereal type individually into a deep bowl to form 4 layers. Add soy milk. Microwave for 60 seconds, or eat as is. Stir and enjoy!
Nutrition Information: About 300 calories per serving and practically no fat, a whole lot of fibre and the cereal adds up to 2 1/2 servings of grain products!
