Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1. pumpernickle vegan bread
- 2. vegan mayonnaise substitute
- 3. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 4. lemon pepper (seasoning)
This is an EXTREMELY simple recipe, but is a fancy finger food.
1. Spread mayonaise subsitute all over the entire slice of pumpernickel vegan bread.
2. Cut the vegan bread into smaller slices {small enough to fit the sliced cucumber}
3. Add one slice of cucumber to every piece of vegan bread.
4. Sprinkle the lemon pepper ontop. {be sure not to add too much}
5. ENJOY!
