Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2-4 red skinned potatoes (diced, leave skin on)
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro (finely chopped with stems)
- (1)tblsp minced garlic/
- 1 qtr chopped red onion/rings are fine
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 chopped celery
In crockpot add all ingredients except CELERY; add 1 cup of water for each serving. Set crock pot on high. Serve with fresh chopped celery on top
