Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2-3 large potatoes
- vegetable oil
- salt (optional)
- any other herbs (optional)
- vinegar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Slice potatoes 1/8 inch thick. Spread oil on to a baking sheet and lay out potato slices on it. Brush potatoes with a little more oil and sprinkle with salt, herbs and/or vinegar. Bake until they are just turning brown (check every 10 minutes or so). Cool before eating. Enjoy!
