- portabello mushrooms
- sandwich vegan bread
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- optional: rosemary, thyme, garlic, alfalfa sprouts, vegan mustard
1. Mix 2 parts olive oil with 1 part balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. 2. Optional: Add rosemary, thyme, and/or garlic to taste. 3. Marinade the portabello mushrooms for just a few seconds in the mix. 4. Put the mushrooms in a pan and fry them as fried as you''d like them to be. 5. Make sandwiches!
