Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 bagel (your favorite kind)
- 1/2 an onion ( I used white, but you can use any that you like)
- 2 portabella mushrooms
- as much minced garlic as you like
- olive oil (2 Tbsp) or enough to keep the food from sticking to the pan)
- salt and pepper to taste
Pour in the oil, salt and pepper, garlic and onions into a skillet cook till caramelized take out onions, set aside, and put in mushrooms whole (do not cut). Cook till preferred doneness. Cut bagel in half and put a mushroom on each half and cover with onions and garlic...enjoy....for mushroom lovers everywhere!!!
